BLUE LIKES HER CARRIER

At first it was scary for Blue but now she jumps in the carrier when I put it
down and she falls asleep pretty happily. Get lots of compliments on the bag

AMAZING CARRIER!

My pug has long legs, so I wanted to get a carrier that was long enough for him.
I stumbled upon the Diggs Travel Carrier, which had the dimensions that I wanted
for my pug. I really like the collar tether because it keeps him safe in the
carrier and I don’t feel like I would have to chase after him. I was nervous
that the carrier wouldn’t fit under the seat on the plane because the dimensions
for Southwest was smaller than the carrier. However, the top is soft, so it
allowed me to fold down and the carrier fit perfectly under the seat (and I was
sitting in the windows side). Overall, both my dog and I really enjoy the
carrier and found that it was worth its price!

Excellent quality, and more room for Jace. Avid travelers here, this carrier
fits the bill. Air carrier compatible is a must as well. We have a few revol
crates too. Your products are top draw. Thank you

NICE TO SEE A HIGH QUALITY (RATHER THAN CHEAP) OPTION

I've traveled by car and airplane with dachshunds for over 20 years, and have
owned over a dozen Sherpa pet carriers. I won't really know how this carrier
compares until I've used it for a few years, but the quality seems great and I
love the pockets, zippers, handles, etc. It's nice to see a pet carrier focused
on quality and features rather than price. Given that, I'd like to see Diggs
document on their web site what they envision all the features being used for --
I wasn't even sure that the bag had a rollaboard strap until I got it. The pee
pad feature is interesting, but I've never had a dog pee in the carrier -- our
(occasional) problem is dogs throwing up in the carrier and that will require
removing and washing the entire pad.

Q: We bought one Passenger Pet Carrier color navy a couple of months ago, but
the top part near the magnetic closure is crashing/falling down. I recently just
got my 9 weeks old mini french poodle. I used this carrier a few times and it is
now hard to close unless I push it down. Is it possible for the company to fix
this carrier? If not, I will need to return it. I love this carrier, but this
issue has to be fixed. I would like to send you photos so you can see the issue.
Please let me know how I can send the photos to you.

Q: Is this carrier soft enough to give a little/squeeze into a slightly smaller
space?

A: Thank you for your question. Our Passenger Travel Carrier cannot be folded or
collapsed. However, it can be squeezed a little. We do not recommend for long
periods of time or repeated usage as it can create a loss of integrity for the
Carrier.

Q: Diggs passenger travel carrier dimensions shown 20” X 10.8” X 11.5”. No
mention of which one is the height. Obviously 20” is length. What about the

were unable to locate this information! Our Passenger Travel Carrier is 20"
length x 10.8" width x 11.5 height on the outside. For the interior dimensions,
it measures 18” length x 10” width x 10 3/4” height. The Passenger comes in
Navy, Grey, and our newest color choice Charcoal!

Q: I'm finding it difficult to discern from the description, photos, and
questions if there is a proper trolley strap. That is, a strap that easily and
securely attaches this carrier to the retractable handle on rolling luggage. Is
there one? Thank you!
