WELCOME TO THE HEALTHY EMPIRE

VR exercise has a problem. There’s not enough content, and the content we do
have is only scratching the surface of what's possible. It’s the biggest fitness
innovation in years, and yet we’re all playing old games. Sure, new games come
out that are almost good exercise... if only they would tweak small things in
the game. The average game developer doesn’t think about the exercise audience
yet, and the Healthy Empire is here to change that.

The Healthy Empire is a VR exercise advocacy group for gamers, exercisers,
developers, researchers and health professionals. We fight for developers of all
sorts to make the small changes, the small tweaks, that would let regular "good
exercise games" become great ones.

We're also a pioneer research organization into the role of AI on exercise, and
the impact that biofeedback can have on the future of health. Please join us as
we fight for better exercise for all.

The Virtual Reality Institute of Health and Exercise (VR Health Institute) is an
independent research & ratings organization created to study the health impact
