    BAD RECEPTION AND SOUND ISSUES
    
    This phone has about 70% of the service reception of any other phone that
    I've owned. After about 3 months my speaker became very muffled. I called
    Samsung 2 times and both times I was run through a reset which wasted about
    a half hour of my life with no resolution. I am really unhappy with this
    phone and the service from samsung.

    Bought this phone a few months back to replace my still operational moto x4
    (getting ready for the 5g) I haven't owned a
    Samsung since the Samsung galaxy S5...love the phone and actually got it for
    a good price at the time of purchase ($559)...wish they would repeat the
    price I got it for because I would buy one for my wife

    Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 512GB (Unlocked)
    MODEL NUMBER: SM-G988UZKEXAA
    Owned since preorder on March 4, 2020
    I just replaced the Rugged Protective Cover with the Silicone Cover from
    Samsung and found that the glass back is fractured right near the bottom
    left corner of the camera. The phone has never been dropped and still has
    the original manufacturer screen protector (small pit marks visible). How
    long has the back been cracked? Only force applied is when in my front
    pocket. The Samsung Rigged Case should have prevented any cracking by any
    object that bumped into my leg or bending of the phone. An expensive
    flagship phone should not be this fragile. Samsung Premium Care billed
    monthly but there should be no out of pocket cost to repair a phone that has
    countless complaints of weak "Gorilla" glass that covers the front and back.
    If I wanted a phone that shatters, I would have bought an iPhone! Otherwise,
    the phone performed great after the 100% required firmware updates for the
    camera. Battery life, screen brightness/hdr, speakers, and software are rock
    solid. Is it too difficult for Samsung engineers to produce a premium phone
    made from steel/aluminum alloys and have a thicker border edge. Customers
    shouldn't be compelled to buy cases for protection and to keep their hands
    from contacting the screen along the edges.

    Going back to when Samsung debuted the first color flip phone the A500. I
    have had almost every Galaxy phone, I bought at least 2 Notes, a curved 65
    and flat 82 inch 4k TVs, Ultra Widescreen monitor, watches...you name it,
    I've had it. I am what you would call a loyal customer. However in the last
    2 years, Samsung has lost me. And THIS phone was the worst experience I have
    EVER had with Samsung and their products.
    
    The focus on the main camera on this phone is broken. It does not focus and
    makes for all main camera pictures to come out blurry. (pics included) This
    issue is known across the industry and well documented. A google search will
    show you what I mean. For a $1400 Ultra Premium phone to have a defective
    camera focus is unacceptable. Unfortunately Samsung has told me to upgrade.
    So after 20 years of loyalty, after spending literally 10s of thousands of
    dollars, I am told to spend another $1400 to fix the problem that they did
    not fix in testing or quality control?
    
    This incident and the lack of responsibility and backing up of their product
    has for the first time in 20 years made me consider going to Apple or
    Google.
    
    I have had other similar issues in the last 2 years with Samsung which I
    will not detail here but just to be clear, the Samsung I fell in love with,
    that was always customer focused and the viable alternative to Apple does
    not seem to exist anymore.
    
    Extremely upset, disappointed and ready to put Samsung in my rearview.

    The reason this phone comes with a screen protector is the glass underneath
    is low quality and scratches very easily. A little over a year later and the
    screen looks horrible. If you are going to buy this phone make sure you have
    it in a high quality case that also has a screen protector. Also, Samsung

    I bought my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 128gb 5 days ago and wow am I impressed.
    Tested the camera out today, it is stunning the colours are so vibrant and
    clear. I viewed it with the new Samsung Dex technology on my Samsung 55" UHD
    TV and the result is something incredible ! I am an avid gamer, who enjoys
    excellent framerates and graphics in my games, I settle for nothing less and
    I can proudly say that this phone has it all when it comes to gaming. A
    120hz screen, 6GB Ram and a snapdragon processor makes this phone a piece of
    art when it comes to smooth frames and ultra fast gaming.
    
    Well done Samsung, and thank you for making such excellent products that

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
    
    I have been a loyal Samsung and Galaxy client for over a decade. Prior to
    this phone, none, none of my phones have me issues. Let's count the ones we
    have on this below standard product.
    1. Speaker Problems - this is a phone, try using the handset without a
    headset and good luck hearing the whomever is on the other end. An update
    came out to address, it still isn't ideal.
    2. Phone was stuck in a reboot loop that wouldn't end. This lasted over a
    year.
    3. Wi-Fi randomly slows down
    4. Overheating
    5. and NOW it vibrates randomly and makes a static noise
    This is beyond comprehension how Samsung has not recalled these paper
    weights.
