WHAT IS TEAMIOED?

Teamioed provides affordable, minimal preparation, technology-led team learning
experiences designed to help teams improve soft skills. Our eLearning courses
utilize the latest science to create fun, engaging, and inspiring courses based
on topics like “Goal Setting,” “Resilience,” “Communication Skills,” and
“Inclusion.” Our courses contain all the information and tools a leader,
manager, or HRBP and L&D professional requires to fulfill their team's learning
needs and drive higher performance.


WHAT DO I GET WHEN I BUY A TEAMIOED FOR MY ORGANIZATION?

Membership currently includes access to all our team courses, with new ones
added monthly. Each soft skills workshop is taught by a psychology professional
and/or people development expert and lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Teamioed’s team courses have been specifically designed to complement existing
team meetings or to be run as standalone sessions. With our online learning
platform, your managers can conduct the training in-person or through a virtual
meeting.



Keep in mind that it is not necessary to be an expert on the subject. Our
digital coaches will provide your managers with everything required to lead a
successful training session. We deliver the theory and introduce group
activities for soft skills, then your teams can discuss, collaborate, and
cooperate so that the new information can take root.


HOW DOES LICENSING WORK WITH TEAMIOED ENTERPRISE MEMBERSHIP?

Licensing for Teamioed Enterprise membership operates through a centralized
admin panel, enabling seamless distribution. This empowers your administrator
with complete control over seat assignments, including the flexibility to add or
remove users at any time. Furthermore, the membership provides access to robust
reporting and analytics capabilities, making it an ideal addition to your
learning and development initiatives.


CAN I OFFER TEAMIOED AS A PERK?

Absolutely! The Enterprise membership product provides the flexibility to
provision user access to Teamioed as a valuable perk. Additionally, it includes
engagement reporting capabilities that can enhance your ongoing perks and

HOW DOES THE DISTRIBUTION PROCESS WORK?

The distribution process is managed through a centralized admin panel, granting
you the ability to add or remove users by assigning email addresses to available
seats. This convenient control mechanism ensures efficient distribution
management.


TEAM COURSES


WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH EACH TEAMIOED TEAM COURSE?

Each Teamioed soft skills training session consists of a 45-minute to 1-hour
guided learning experience. Leaders, managers or individual contributors are
provided with a course and summary guide to help them direct each team learning
and development exercise. However, our knowledgeable Teamioed digital coaches
will handle most of the work, so there’s minimal preparation involved. Simply
gather the team together and get ready to learn!


DOES TEAMIOED PROVIDE COACHING TIPS OR RESOURCES FOR MANAGERS? 

We do! Leaders, managers or team leaders are provided with an in-depth guide
covering each eLearning course. This lets them better understand what we’ll
cover in the soft skills training experiences. It also gives them valuable
information on how to contribute to the Learning experience and development
activities. 


WHERE DO I RUN A TEAM COURSE?

Teamioed’s courses have been built to complement your team meetings or to be run
as standalone team sessions. You can conduct the experience as an in-person or
virtual meeting, as team-based soft skill learning is perfectly suited to any
environment. Simply log in, access the session of your choice, and hit “begin.”
It’s as easy as that. If you do plan to host your team course remotely, just
know that you will need to use virtual meeting software (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams,
Slack, etc.) as Teamioed does not provide its own.   


HOW DO I ACCESS NEW TEAMIOED COURSES?

New soft skills online courses will be added to your membership automatically.
You can access them through your Teamioed account as soon as they are launched.

All of Teamioed’s eLearning courses and training activities are designed for
