SPOOLS Spools are a guide to Plumbers, Installers & Fabricators to understand how a pipe or Duct is cut into sections-pipe length, type of fittings, count of fittings, etc. A pipe spool drawing is created to give the information that is required by the fabricator to manufacture or assemble a spool accurately. BILL OF MATERIALS (BOM) which lists out all the ingredients needed to create a perfect chef’s recipe. Our typical Detailed Bill of Materials contain. BIM 3D MODELING We use our experience in 3D modeling to build MEPF design models. 3D modeling ensures that the routing of the services is carried out in a manner that is clash-free from structural components. 3D BIM models bring a lot of value to the project in terms of improved visualization, clash identification, constructability analysis, and much more. 3D CLASH COORDINATION Clash coordination ensures a seamless detection and management of clashes between trades at preliminary stages in the BIM process. Clash Coordination assists in achieving harmony between various trades in a project. SHOP DRAWINGS Shop Drawings are produced out of a coordinated BIM model utilizing the conceptual designs and specifications. These 2D Shop Drawings are the outcome of the well-coordinated BIM process.
