WHAT IS CIBIL RANK ?
CIBIL RANK, summarizes your CCR in the form of one number. The rank is similar
to the CIBIL Score provided for individuals.
* Ranges from a scale of 1 to 10. The closer your rank is to 1, the better are
your chances of securing a loan.
* Available for companies with current credit exposure of up to Rs. 50 crores.
* Indicates the repayment behavior of your company which is one of the key
factors considered by a lender while evaluating a loan application.
WHAT IS CIBIL COMPANY CREDIT REPORT (CCR) ?
* CIBIL CCR is a record of your company’s credit history, created from data
submitted to CIBIL by lending institutions across India.

HOW DO I KNOW IF THE DATA ON GST REPORT IS CORRECT?
Your GST Report is based on your business’ GST returns filed on the GST
Portal by an authorized representative from your company.
HOW CAN I GET A GST REPORT FOR MY BUSINESS?
Your GST Report is available at no extra cost along with your CIBIL Rank and
CCR.
Your business GSTIN and a GSTIN-based authentication are mandatory to avail your
GST Report. Once the authentication is successful, you will be able to view your
GST Report in addition to your CIBIL Rank and Company Credit Report (CCR) on the
dashboard. You will also be able to download a copy of your GST Report.

CAN I PURCHASE MY GST REPORT WITHOUT CIBIL RANK AND COMPANY CREDIT REPORT?
Your GST Report is only available as a part of CIBIL’s Company Credit Report
subscription plans. Please note that the GST Report is available at no
additional cost.
HOW CAN THE GST REPORT BE USEFUL FOR MY BUSINESS?
Your CCR, CIBIL Rank and GST Report together provide all the required
information to be submitted during a commercial loan application process, saving
both time and money for your business. Since the GST Report is based on data
from the GST Portal, it acts as a trust-worthy data source and banks do not need
to verify the authenticity of these reports. Your GST Report readily provides
most of the information that banks seek to evaluate a loan application thereby
accelerating the calculation of your business’ loan eligibility.

I COULD NOT COMPLETE THE GSTIN-BASED AUTHENTICATION DURING THE REQUEST PROCESS.
CAN I STILL ACCESS MY GST REPORT?
No. While you can access your CIBIL Rank and CCR without the GSTIN-based
verification, you will not be able to access your GST Report. Use the following
steps to complete the process and access your CIBIL Rank and CCR:
1. Complete the payment for your chosen plan.
2. Upload your KYC documents. You can do this either by following the
instructions on the screen or by clicking on the KYC upload link received on
your registered email address.
3. Once your KYC documents are successfully uploaded and scrutinized, you will
receive an OTP to access your Company Credit Report and CIBIL Rank through your
dashboard.
Note: A GSTIN-based verification allows you to access your GST Report as well,
enabling you to go paperless and access your CIBIL Rank and CCR faster.
I DO NOT WISH TO ACCESS THE GST REPORT FOR MY BUSINESS. DO I STILL NEED TO
PROVIDE GSTIN DURING THE SIGN-UP PROCESS?
No. Providing GSTIN is not mandatory during the sign-up process. However, it is
still advisable to provide your business’ GSTIN number so that your request can
be authenticated faster. GSTIN-based authentication is quick, seamless, and
paperless, enabling you to access your business reports in real-time without
uploading KYC documents.
I DO NOT HAVE A GSTIN FOR MY BUSINESS. WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS CIBIL RANK AND
COMPANY CREDIT REPORT?
If your business does not have a GSTIN, you can still go ahead and complete the
request process without the GSTIN. Instead, you will need to upload KYC
documents to authenticate your request, and you will receive a notification once
your documents have been verified. After this, you will be able to view your
CIBIL Rank and CCR.
HOW CAN I REFRESH THE COMPANY CREDIT REPORT, CIBIL RANK AND GST REPORT?
Log in to your dashboard and click on the “Refresh” button to view your
refreshed reports. Your CIBIL Rank and Company Credit Report can be refreshed
every 7 days during the validity of the subscription. You can refresh your GST
Report once every month for the duration of the subscription plan. Please note
that you will need to complete the GSTIN-based authentication every time you
refresh your GST Report.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE COPY OF GST REPORT?
Yes, you can download a copy of your business’ GST Report from your dashboard.
