I really like this bench. I am an old lady who has been meditating on a zafu for
about 6 years. My back was starting to hurt. Now I can sit with no pain at all.

This is a beautiful item! The feel is very special! I live in the upper Midwest
and it’s quite cold right now; I rarely heat my meditation are as I like the air

Item shipped super fast and was exactly the quality that I wanted. My husband
has needed a new shawl for a while and 100% silk shawls are hard to find. He
absolutely loves this one! It's not exactly the purple color shown in the
photos, it's more indigo which was actually a bonus because we prefer it, but
just wanted to note it. Thanks for a great product!

Love it, not just for meditation!
Crescent Meditation Pillow
For meditation, it's fantastic. The zafu keeps its shape and is comfortable for
extended periods of sitting. Additionally I use this for my breathing exercise
and watching TV as well. So much better for the back than lounging in a couch.

Beautiful and useful
Ahimsa Silk Shawl - Natural
I just started using this during meditation. Even though I have practiced
meditation regularly for the last year and off and on for 10+ years, I never
realized how much of a difference the silk scarf would make. It is amazing how
much more quickly I enter that peaceful place with this scarf. I don't want to
give all the power to the scarf, but it really did make a noticeable difference
in helping me go deeper more quickly. I would recommend!

What my meditation practice has been missing!
Folding Meditation Bench
I had been meditating in the cross legged position, but would have to shift
positions after about 20 minutes or so because my legs would fall asleep. This
bench holds me in a comfortable straight-backed position which I can maintain
for an hour +. I love it! So beautiful and well made, too.

just what I was looking for
Deluxe Zabuton with Extra Wool Filling and Removable Case
I can sit longer without pain. Much better than husks or cotton fills. My feet
and ankles still go to sleep, though I can go much longer than before. Just need
more practice. Great zabuton, and the cresent cushion is just the right height
and firmness. Thankyou.

Great quality
Folding Meditation Bench
This is a well made bench. I really enjoy using it for my 20 minute meditations.
In the future, I would like to see some benches that are made with different
materials in terms of the cushion. Perhaps using memory foam in place of what is
currently being used. If ever they offer more options for building materials I
would get another one. I'd also like to see some grip tape added to the
leggings. I use this on carpet and I do experience some slippage when getting
the bench to it's initial position. This is something someone can easily add to
their bench themselves, but it'd be a nice option to see in the future.

An Elegant Solution
Folding Meditation Bench
I love how simple and well-crafted my new bench is. I’m not flexible enough to
sit cross-legged for any period of time and had been meditating for several
years by kneeling with a bolster between my legs, but this is far more
comfortable, puts less pressure on my knees, and allows me to be alert, but
relaxed. Thanks for making a great product!
