Certification promotion?
The Free Certification Exam promotion is open to individuals interested in
expanding their knowledge and skills in Oracle Cloud.
Are there any prerequisites or requirements to participate in the promotion?
While there are no specific prerequisites to participate in the Free Race to
Certification promotion, we recommended that you have a basic understanding of
cloud computing concepts and some familiarity with Oracle Cloud.
How do I enroll in the Free Oracle Cloud Training and Certification promotion?
To enroll in the Free Certification Exam promotion, visit and join the "Race to
Certification". Make sure to review the official rules and promotion details
before proceeding.
How many free exams can I take as part of the promotion?
You are eligible to take the two foundations exams - OCI Foundations 2023
Associate and Data Management 2023 Foundations Associate. In addition to these,
you can take any two professional certification exams for free as part of the
Race to Certification promotion. However, please note that the availability of
free exams is subject to Race to Certification promotion guidelines and may be
limited.
Can I choose any certification exam to take for free?
Check the List of Exams that are included in the Race to Certification
promotion.
By when do I have to complete the free certification exam?
You need to register and take all exams before September 30, 2023 (11:59 p.m.
GMT).
What happens if I do not pass the free certification exam?
If you do not pass the free certification exam, you will have the option to
retake the exam again. Every participant gets two free Race to certification
exam attempts as part of the Race to certification promotion.
Will I receive a digital badge or certification upon passing the exam?
Yes. Upon successfully passing the certification exam, you will be awarded a
digital badge and a certification from Oracle. These credentials can be shared
on your professional profiles to showcase your achievement and expertise.
Can I use the free Race to Certification exam attempts for an exam that I have
already scheduled or taken?
No. The free certification exam attempt cannot be used for exams that have
already been scheduled or taken. It is applicable only for new exam
registrations within the promotion guidelines.
Can I transfer or sell my free certification exam attempt to someone else?
No. The free certification exam attempt is non-transferable and cannot be sold
or assigned to another individual. It is intended for personal use by the
enrolled participant.
Is there a registration fee to participate?
The Oracle University Free Certification for OCI Race to Certification promotion
does not require any registration fee and is completely free for anyone,
anywhere in the world to participate compliance with the " Official Rules" of
the promotion.
How can I participate in the promotion?
You must register for at least one of the certification exams included in this
promotion. The offer is not available for Oracle certification exams not
participating in the promotion. See the qualifying List of Exams in the "
Official Rules" of the promotion.
Does course content consumed before June 1, 2023 apply for the Race to
Certification promotion?
Content consumed/purchased prior to June 1, 2023 12:00 a.m. GMT does not apply
retroactively to any awards, badges or prizes in the Race to Certification
promotion.
Does a certification credential earned before June 1, 2023 apply for the Race to
Certification promotion?
Oracle Certification Exams passed prior to June 1, 2023 12:00 a.m. GMT do not
apply retroactively to any awards, badges or prizes in the Race to Certification
promotion. Only certifications on the above listed eligible certifications and
earned between June 1, 2023 12:00 a.m. and September 30, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. GMT
qualify for this promotion.
Can I use previously purchased exam attempts towards the exams listed as part of
the Race to Certification promotion?
Yes. If you have previously obtained exam attempts or purchase additional ones,
you can apply them to exams during the promotion.
How many free Exam Attempts do I get as part of the Race to Certification
promotion?
You get two free Race to Certification Exam Attempts as part of the Race to
Certification promotion.
If I only have 2 free Exam Attempts, how can I pass 3 or more certification
exams?
