YOU MAY ASK… * I DON’T WANT TO TRAIN FOR RACES. CAN I STILL RUN WITH YOU? Yes, of course! Let’s run for the sake of running, not only for results - whether you are training for a race or not. * HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK DO I NEED TO RUN? This depends on your goals, how fit you are and the time you have available to run. Anywhere from 3 days per week to see improvements, up to 6 training days for advanced runners. If you do other sports regularly, I’ll leave room for those in your schedule. * DO YOU OFFER STRENGTH TRAINING FOR RUNNERS? Yes. I believe strength training is an important part of a sustainable long-term training approach. However, if and what kind of strength training makes sense in your case, will be determined in our call. * I’M PLANNING A RACE. HOW MANY WEEKS DO I NEED TO GET READY? This depends on several factors, most importantly on your current level of fitness and your goal distance. Generally, I recommend 16 to 20 weeks. Let’s chat for recommendations specific to you. * I JUST SIGNED UP FOR A TRAINING PLAN - WHERE DO WE GO FROM HERE? You will fill out my New Runner Q&A, which tells me where you stand and where you’d like to go. Based on your answers, I’ll create training recommendations, and we get on a call. Lets talk it through - what works for you and your life? Your training plan will be updated weekly, and we’ll have a weekly check-in. * WHAT IF I GET SICK IN A TRAINING CYCLE? If you get sick, I will adjust the schedule to include reduced training or total rest. If you are completely out for more than 2 weeks, you may pause your coaching subscription until you are ready to run again. If you need to see a physio, I’m happy to accommodate their recommendations in your training. * WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AFTER SIGNING UP? If you’re not satisfied with the coaching, you may cancel within the first two weeks and receive a full refund of your investment.
