What happens when my free trial ends?

You will not be charged at the end of your trial. You will still be able to view
any of the content you created during your free trial. Your models will be
converted to view only and you will no longer be able to refresh them. When you
subscribe to a paid plan, you regain full access to all your content.

What happens to my content when I cancel my subscription?

Don't worry, your content does not disappear. Your documents will be converted
to view only. You can always upgrade your account again to re-gain access to
premium features.

What is the difference between Creator and Explorer?

The main difference between Creator and Explorer licenses is the ability to
create and manipulate views and customize a model. Explorer licenses have the
ability to view all resources and associated metadata as well as toggle between
established views, filters, and custom formatting, but only those with Creator
licenses can create/edit views, filtering, layouts, structure, conditional
formatting rules, summarize shapes, and other operations that change the
underlying model. Essentially, the Creator sets up the model to have everything
they want the Explorer to be able to see and then the Explorer can toggle on/off
a few of the settings the Creator sets up.
