In the worst case it might be technical possible to overtake the DAO in near future. In order to not let this happen I propose that one individual should only have one vote. If this vote will pass, then the technical details how this can be implemented will be discussed. (For example inside OpenChat) I know that some people are against this idea, because we burn a lot of coins with the current voting process. But personally I think that having a fair and robust voting process in a DAO is more important than burning some more tokens in the short time frame.
