End of Sale of Legacy Unit 42 Public Sector Expertise on Demand SKUs

Unit 42® has created new and improved SKUs for Public Sector Expertise on Demand
with additional tiers, offering clients more flexibility with tiers and hours to
be purchased in 25-hour increments versus 50-hour increments, therefore, Unit 42
will be replacing the legacy Expertise on Demand SKUs with the new updated SKUs.

End of Sale SKUs will be available for quoting and booking for up to 6 months
from February 23rd (August 22nd, 2024). All open quotes with legacy EoD SKUs
will have up to 30 days to book after August 22nd, 2024.

On September 1, 2023, Palo Alto Networks® announced the End-of-Sale (EOS) of
their WildFire (WF) solution. WildFire will no longer be available for sale
after March 1, 2024, as it will be replaced with our next-generation Advanced
WildFire (AWF) solution. Please note that this is not an end-of-life
announcement, as support for existing WildFire customers will continue until the
end of their contractual agreement. Customers who wish to renew their WF
subscription with WF rather than AWF must purchase the traditional WF SKU before
March 1, 2024 (end-of-sale date). Per our End-of-Life Policy, this solution will
be available for sale until the EOS date.

End-of-Sale for VM-Series Models - VM-50, VM-100, VM-200, VM-300, VM-500,
VM-700, VM-1000-HV

10 FEB 2021

Today, 10 February 2021, Palo Alto Networks® is announcing an End-of-Sale date
of 31 July 2021 for VM-Series firewall models VM-50, VM-100, VM-200, VM-300,
VM-500, VM-700, and VM-1000-HV. Per our End-of-Life Policy, these VM-Series
models will be available for sale until the End-of-Sale date and will be
supported until the End-of-Support date of 31 July 2024. Existing support
contracts that extend beyond 31 July 2024 will be honored.

These fixed license VM-Series firewall models are being replaced by Software
NGFW Credits, a new credit-based licensing model that supports flexible firewall
sizes and flexible security subscriptions. Customers using the fixed license
models can easily migrate any deployed VM-Series firewalls to the new
credit-based licensing model. Both existing Palo Alto Networks customers using
the fixed license VM-Series firewall models and all new customers are advised to
use Software NGFW Credits moving forward.

Please note that this announcement does not apply to VM-Series firewall 
Pay-as-you-Go (PAYG) licenses sold in the Public Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure,
GCP, Oracle) and via the Cloud Security Service Provider (CSSP) program.

Subscriptions

5 January 2009

Palo Alto Networks URL Filtering subscriptions provided by SurfControl Web
Filter are being announced as End-of-Sale (EOS) with the last day for ordering
on February 28, 2009. Palo Alto Networks has decided to replace the SurfControl
Web Filter with the BrightCloud URL Filtering database. Palo Alto Networks
customers that currently have the SurfControl URL filtering subscription have
the choice of purchasing an extension to their existing subscription before
February 28, 2009 or switching to BrightCloud when the current subscription
ends. (Note: BrightCloud URL filtering database requires PAN-OS 2.1 or later)
Following the EOS date only the BrightCloud URL filtering database will be
available for purchase. Please note that while the SurfControl URL filtering
database will no longer be sold as of February 28, 2009, it will continue to be
supported (including updates to the database) through February 28, 2012.
