Request Assistance Donate When an employee’s house burned down, Victor Ciardelli, President and CEO of Rate, wanted to help. The company gave the family $25,000 for food and clothing with hopes of helping them rebuild what had been lost. Since 2012, the Rate Foundation has worked closely with people in crisis to offer assistance customized to their unique situation, from financial relief to living expenses to groceries. Through donations from employees and sponsors — and with every single penny going to those in need — we’ve given over $7.7 million to more than 560 families. Stuck in bed and unable to communicate, he is at risk of further injury without the necessary equipment. Read More Patrick “(I have) not had a break since our son was born. Their two-year-old son, Joey, has Down Syndrome and faces frequent hospitalizations.
