SEC RECOGNIZES COURT-DECLARED PGCAG LEADERSHIP

Download: SEC Recognizes Court-Declared PGCAG Leaders

The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) recognizes PGCAG leadership as
declared by the Regional Trial Court Branch 75 through a DECISION on July 16,
2014 and Writ of Execution on January 6, 2015.

Referring to a response to the series of Correspondence made by the Office of
the General Secretary, the Commission admits that it has mistakenly appropriated
the “Defendant Faction B” to the group led by Rev. Sobrepeña in its letter dated
October 27, 2014.

The Commission also recognizes that the Defendant Faction B is referred to the
group led by Reverends Reynaldo Calusay (General Superintendent) and Joseph
Rommel Suico (Assistant General Superintendent), the rightful leaders of the
Philippines General Council of the Assemblies of God, Inc. (PGCAG).

Furthermore, the Commission will mark and annotate the dispositive portions of
the DECISION and the WRIT OF EXECUTION to the General Information Sheet (GIS)
submitted by the group of Rev. David A. Sobrepeña.

Spirit
· Pray for All Participants and for our Speakers
· Pray for the General Council’s Business Meeting and Election on May 1
· Pray for National Issues

Together in prayer, let us humble ourselves and recognize the mighty hand of
God, the ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ and power of the Holy Spirit who see
us through, UNRESTRAINED, by the challenges within our movement through the
years.

Fast and pray, then the LORD will hear us from heaven.

Yours in Christ,

CHURCH AS CO-CELEBRANT FOR THE 75TH ANNIVERSARY OF PGCAG

RE: Being A CO-CELEBRANT for the 75TH ANNIVERSARY of PGCAG

Dear Church,

Choice greetings in the Name of the Lord Jesus.

From a humble beginning, PGCAG as a movement, has grown into becoming the
fastest growing and the biggest evangelical group in the Philippines. 2015 is a
special year of celebration for all God’s people in the Philippines General
Council of the Assemblies of God. We are celebrating the 75th year of God’s
faithfulness to the PGCAG missions. The venue is the SMX Convention Center in
Pasay City (part of the Mall of Asia Complex). The dates of the event is from
April 28 to May 1, 2015.

The theme of this celebration is “Unrestrained!” – taken from Acts 28:30-31 of
the Holy Bible. We have great anointed speakers from the USA and other parts of
the world, celebrating with us.

This is therefore our opportunity to invite you as an affiliate church of PGCAG
to become co-celebrant with us. Here’s some ideas how you can celebrate in a
God-honoring way:
1. Announce regularly this great event in your services and praise God!
2. You can come and attend with your Pastor as a group to represent your beloved
local church – or if not;
3. You can send your Pastor (and his wife) to this celebration – with your all
out support!

We urge you to help your Pastor to be able to go to this event by raising money
enough for his board and lodging and for his fare. This will be the best
demonstration of your thanksgiving to God for the Assemblies of God – sending
your pastors to attend.

Thank you for your care. We are

Unrestrained!

Reynaldo A. Calusay
General Superintendent
