World 1 Hour Volume Dumbbell Biceps Curling Record - Date Staged: Saturday 13th
October at 2pm.
World Record set: 3310 repetitions with 8kgs in one hour, performed alternate
twenties, and placed onto the ground and then recovered with the other hand
every change of arms.

Wheelchair World Records
Dave holds 12 hour running persons (of various weights) in a wheelchair records.

PERSONAL TRAINING
Once Weekly whole body transformation training, wholly covering, body fat
reduction, endurance, stamina, speed, strength, balance, and core stability. To
embrace cross-country running/walking, mountain biking (optional), and whole
body resistance training (but without weights). Some of the training protocols
are both exclusive and novel.

Duration: Ultimately, up to about four hours, my personal WORLD BEATING workout.
Initially, to simply try and comply with your current levels of fitness.
Terrain: Woodland and Downs.
The Cost: £25.00 per session, plus cycle hire, if, and when required.
The Training Base: My House, by Thundersley Glenn, in Benfleet. There is off
road parking, and a makeshift outdoor shower arrangement.
Other Facilities: You may use the lean-to, and conjoining kitchen for the
security of personal belongings, and for the mixing of drinks.
