CONFERENCE REGISTRATION


REGISTRATION FOR THE 2023 BICSI WINTER CONFERENCE INCLUDES:

 * General and Concurrent conference sessions 
   

 * Conference materials

 * Exhibit Hall Access

 * The registration fee also includes: 
   * Access to the ICT Direct – Winter 2023 from 22 February – 22 March 2023.
   * One ticket to the Wednesday night Awards Banquet.
   * Beverages and light snacks available during breaks Tuesday through Thursday
     evening.
   * Exhibit Hall food and beverages:
     * Light hors d’oevres and drinks in the exhibit hall on Monday and Tuesday
       evening.
     * Lunch in the exhibit hall on Wednesday.

The conference registration fee does not include admittance to in-person
Pre-Conference Masterclasses. 


ON SITE BADGE PICKUP

Full registration and badge pick-up/check-in will be available at the Tampa
Convention Center, 2nd Floor Registration. 

 * Sunday, 5 February: 7:30 a.m.–5 p.m.
 * Monday, 6 February: 7:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m.
 * Tuesday, 7 February: 7:30 a.m.–7:00 p.m.
 * Wednesday, 8 February: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
 * Thursday, 9 February: 8:30 a.m.–noon (Attendee Registration only)


EXHIBIT HALL VISITOR PASSES: 

 * In-person Visitors may purchase single-day exhibit hall visitor passes for
   US$50 per day.


GUEST/SPOUSE REGISTRATION:

Intended for guests or spouses not in the telecom industry. Provides access to
the exhibit hall only throughout the conference. Guest/Spouse Registration is
US$75 per person.

Awards Banquet Guest Tickets: May be purchased for $100 per guest. Tickets can
be purchased with your initial conference registration or purchased at the
Registration Desk any time during the conference.

NOTE: No guest lounge will be available at the 2023 Winter Conference &
Exhibition.


SENIOR, INSTALLER/TECHNICIAN, MILITARY, AND STUDENTS (SIMS)

All attendees registering as a Senior (62+), Installer/Technician, Active
Military or Student (SIMS) must provide official documentation and/or I.D. prior
to registering for the conference.  To do so, you must contact BICSI Customer
Care at  bicsi@bicsi.org  or call us at +1 813.979.1991 or 800.242.7405 (USA &
Canada toll-free). I.D. is required at the registration counter at the
conference.

Senior

Open to any attendee who is at least 62-years-old. I.D. is required.*

*If you have been previously approved for the Senior rate, the discount will
automatically apply in the shopping cart when registering online.

Active Military

Must be on active duty in any branch of the military services to qualify.
Military I.D. is required.

Students 

Must provide official documentation from either their high school or
university/college registrar, dean or professor, verifying current full-time
student status. Please note that student identification cards WILL NOT be
accepted.

IMPORTANT: RCDDs and RITPs may only register under the SIMS category if they are
also a senior citizen, active military member or are currently enrolled as a
student.


CORPORATE MEMBER REGISTRATION

Corporate Elite and Corporate Elite Plus members receive a predetermined number
of complimentary conference registrations as a benefit of their corporate
membership. Conference registration benefits begin on the renewal date and must
be used within a membership year. This benefit renews at the beginning of each
membership year and any unused benefits of the predetermined number do not carry
over. To take advantage of this benefit, the corporate representative or primary
contact must send an email to membership@bicsi.org with the individual’s name
and BICSI ID#. The Corporate Member must be reflected on the individual’s
profile. The membership team will follow up with additional details.
