2. WHO PROVIDED US YOUR DATA?

You provide us with your personal data when you fill out the web form to request
we contact you, or send you documentation and information about our services and
products; or they are collected through cookies that you have consented while
you're browsing our website.

3. FOR WHICH PURPOSES DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

3.1. In the event that you request that we contact you.

We process your data for the purpose of contacting you to respond to your

request documents or demonstrations of our company. The personal data provided

4. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

The conservation time of personal data will depend in any case on the type of
them, as set out below, and in any case will meet the legal deadlines for the
exercise of legal action or the defense of possible claims. In any case, the
data will be subject to active processing during the periods provided for in
this policy, and subsequently blocked or deleted, in accordance with the
provisions of current legislation, especially in the area of Personal Data
Protection.

The personal data you send to us when filling in the form on our website for
consultation and request for information on our products and services and / or
request for documents or demonstrations of our company will be kept the time
necessary to respond to your request, always under the legal terms established
by law and without prejudice to you exercising your rights of suppression or

interest of electronic id to be able to respond to your request.

6. WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE COMMUNICATED TO?

Your data will be transferred, when there is a legal obligation to do so, in the
following cases:

 * To Judges and Courts, in compliance with requirements, legal obligations or
   within the framework of a judicial procedure;
 * To the Tax Agency, for compliance with tax obligations;
 * To Financial Auditors for the fulfillment of financial obligations;
 * and to other third parties to whom, by virtue of the regulations in force
   applicable in each case, it is obligatory to carry out the assignment, such
   as competent organs of the Administration for reasons of control,
   registration and inspection.

However, if at any time in the commercial relationship it is necessary to
communicate your data to any other third party not contemplated in the above
cases, such communication will be made when we have your prior consent to do so
and, in the way, provided by law.

In addition, as a result of the services provided to us, certain suppliers may
have access to your personal data (as data processor), which is always carried
out with the appropriate guarantees and in accordance with the regulations
established by the RGPD, by virtue of the data processor’s contracts signed with
them.

7. ARE THERE INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF YOUR DATA?

Your data are not subject to international transfer under any circumstances.

The rights you may exercise with regard to the processing of your personal data,
each of them in the cases provided for by law, are:

1. Access: You have the right to know if we are processing your personal data,
as well as the purposes of such processing, the categories of personal data, the
recipients to whom your data are communicated, the period of conservation of the
same, as well as the information available on the source of obtaining them.

2. Rectification: of inaccurate or erroneous data, or that are not necessary for
the service.

3. Suppression (right to forget): when, among other reasons, the data are no
longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

4. Limitation: when the accuracy of the data is contested, during the period of
verification of the data, when they are necessary for the exercise or defence of
claims; or when the interested party opposes the deletion of the data, or their
processing, while the existence of a legitimate interest is verified.

6. Opposition: you will have the right to oppose at any time, for reasons
related to your particular situation, the processing of your data based on a

no longer be processed, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the
exercise or defence of possible claims.

7. Automated individual decisions: you have the right not to be the subject of a
decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, and you may
request human intervention in the cases provided for by law.

All commercial communications shall always indicate the e-mail address at which
you may exercise your right to object to the processing of your data for
promotional purposes. Any other request for the exercise of rights must be
