Why the focus on audiobooks?
Because audiobooks are a multiI-bllion dollar market that keeps growing year
over year, and there is a greater demand for audiobooks than there is a supply
for. And also, the barrier of entry for audiobooks is much higher than ebooks or
paperbacks, so that means that there is far less competition in the space.


Who is K-Ninja?
That's me, I'm the creator of Publishing Superstars. I'm just an average guy
from New York, who currently lives in Japan, often travels, and publishes
full-time for a living. I've been publishing full-time for 5+ years now, and
decided to create this course for those who want to learn the art publishing
from a real person who knows what they're doing. Publishing changed my life in

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN?



 1. You must have a PC, Mac, or Chromebook to be able to engaging in publishing.
 2. You will need some money for outsourcing narration at a minimum, you might
    also want to outsource some other things like writing, covers, formatting,
    etc. Narrators will cost you around somewhere in the ballpark of $40 to $100
    PFH (Per Finished Hour) of audio. So if you pump out 10 books that are each
    5,000 words (about 30 min each in audio) for example, you're looking at
    about $200 to $500 in narration fees. Of course, you could do the narration
    yourself, but this course doesn't teach that aspect of things, though it
    does point you towards another narration course that will teach you the art
    of narration if you wanted to go that route.
 3. You may not log into this course from more than 2 IPs (2 devices). If you
    are traveling, it might be better to wait until you're in a place where you
    can stay put long enough to consume this course. If you move to a new
    address or go on a road trip, you can contact K-Ninja to let him know that

WHY THE FOCUS ON AUDIOBOOKS?

When I first began publishing, I knew very little about audiobooks, and was
primarily focused on eBooks at first. I then got into paperbacks and made even
more money with them. I thought I had struck gold with paperbacks and was quite
happy with the results I achieved, and then I learned about audiobooks. And as
it turned out, audiobooks were the most profitable and most stable thing for me
ever.


Look my frigging sales dashboards to the right! Those are all audiobook sales
straight out of my ACX dashboard. I'm sure there are others out there publishing
Audio who have better dashboards than me. But still, it's not bad.

WILL I BE ABLE TO QUIT MY JOB DOING THIS?

I don't know what kind of person you are or how well you are able to work, so I
can't say for certain. A publishing business is like any other kind of business,
meaning it's not easy and you have to put in the work. I am not the offerer of
any business opportunity, other publishing platforms are; such as Amazon,
Findaway Voices, Authors Republic, and more. I'm merely teaching you the
strategies that I have learned to be effective over my 5+ years in publishing.
You can take my strategies or leave them and come up with your own. However, if

strategy, I feel that AI is a similar method that will serve most people better.

WILL YOU TEACH ME HOW TO WRITE?

No. This is not a writing course, this is a publishing course. You can, of
course, write your own books if you're good at it, but if you're not so great at
writing I will also show you where you can outsource books to be written for you
at good prices. As a frame of reference, I won't pay more than 2 cents a word,
and most of what I've outsourced has been at 1 cent a word. Maybe you could find
cheaper, but those prices I'm paying aren't bad at all. Prices could fluctuate
anytime due to inflation though, so please be aware of that.

DOES YOUR COURSE COVER PRINT BOOKS?

It will teach you how to publish paperbacks, but the course's main focus is on
audiobooks and on making money from audiobooks, so don't expect it to get into
art books or advanced print layouts. If you're into art books with lots of
images, this probably isn't the course for you.


I HEARD YOU SAY IN A VIDEO THAT AI WILL TAKE OVER PUBLISHING AT SOME POINT, IS
THAT A CAUSE FOR CONCERN FOR PEOPLE GETTING INTO PUBLISHING?

I think it is a cause for concern. While publishing is still a good opportunity
at the moment, the issue of AI coming into the space is something that worries
