TomYacura asked a question in The Orion Platform > Orion SDK:
Is there an SWIS equivalent for the AlertConditionState table in the
   database?

I see a table in the Orion SQL Server database called AlertConditionState but
nothing resembling that in the SWQL tool. is that table not included in that
tool? If it is included, what would be the name in SQWL?

It's not a 1:1 relationship between the SQL tables and the SWQL entities.
What are you trying to accomplish?  It might be in a single entity or
      multiple entities in SWQL.

    * m-milligan

You can get a lot of the same detail with this SWQL:

      select --top 100
      AlertID
      , AO.AlertConfigurations.LastEdit as [AlertLastEdit]
      , 0 as [ConditionIndex]
      , NULL as [Type]
      , EntityUri as [ObjectID]
      , AStatus.LastUpdate as [TimeStamp]
      , AO.AlertActive.Alert...

I assume you are saying that syslogs from your devices are not getting to
Orion? If so, have the devices been configured to send their syslogs to
the Orion server? If yes, is there a firewall in the way that's blocking
      this access?

    * paynecave

If you are saying that nodes are not sending their syslogs to the NPM
server then it's either a firewall issue, a routing issue, or a
configuration issue.  As for the first two, make sure that port 514, 161,
and 162 UDP are allowed through the firewall...

I'm trying to run a SQL query against SolarWinds to obtain a list of BGP
neighbors to be used in another report, and need to include the name of the
neighbor in the output. I'm trying to accomplish this by joining Orion.Nodes

That returns different data, but it's still incomplete. I now have data
where most of the Null values were in the original query, but I have Null
values in a bunch of spots that had data before.

After some digging, I found that the Orion.Nodes.IPAddress...

Although this is for Orion the same logic should apply here.

   Per node variable

   Hello all,
I have written a config change template with variables. But my issue is I
want to use different values for each node I want to push my change.
   How can I do this?

Can you post some more details:

Screenshots or copy output of what you have created currently, helpful for

Active failures are the unsafe acts committed by mybkexperience people who
are in direct contact with the patient or system. They take a variety of

Maybe true but definitely not a solution.

A work around is to not allow the firmware upgrade template to auto-detect
the old firmware path. Instead for the delete firmware field enter in the
neccessary commands to delete any potential old software file...
