Working with Geoffrey and the Homestead team was a successful experience once
again. My first experience was a refinance and this second time around a home
purchase. Geoffrey was able to get us prequalified within an hour and to top it
off it was on a Saturday around noon. Any other lender would have most likely
responded until the next business day. Overall, we had a short window to get
everything in-line and Geoffrey and his team were on top of things every step of
the way. Long story short, we were cleared to close in just 36 days. I

found my dream house, I already had a letter in hand and was able to waive

Chuck Hirbur is wonderful
This is our second home we have purchased with chuck as our lender. He is a
wonderful, kind and patient person! Chuck got us through the buying process step
by step with much patience and much guidance. He helped this experience for us
