COVID-19 & CONFLICT UPDATE [2022-04-29]

OVERLAND EXPRESS

Against the backdrop of the global COVID-19 outbreak, we, along with our courier
partners are continuously adapting our business to mitigate potential impacts.
The safety of our employees and customers is paramount, therefore in line with
government guidance, Overland Express in the UK is moving to home working for
employees where possible.

It is business as usual across all of our departments, however, as we migrate to
new ways of working, there may be a short delay in answering your call and we
ask for your patience at this time.

All of our courier partners are stipulating that cardboard boxes must be used
for the outer packaging due to COVID-19 handling restrictions.

CONFLICT IN UKRAINE

Due to the current conflict in Ukraine, all services to Ukraine have been
suspended. Likewise, due to the economic sanctions that have been imposed
against the Russian Federation and Belarus, all shipments to and from these
countries have also been suspended.

We are unable to state when these services will be resumed.

As a result of the conflict, the price of oil has exponentially risen, and our
courier partners have had to increase their rates to absorb this unexpected
extra cost.

EXPECTATIONS

Due to the unique circumstances that we all find ourselves in, it should
expected that there will be unforeseen delays in certain areas. Overland
Express, along with our courier partners are working diligently to ensure that
your parcels are collected and delivered on the specified dates, however, please
treat these timeframes as a guideline rather than a guarantee. For the vast
majority of deliveries there will be no noticeable impact.

This page will be updated when any new, significant information is made
available to us. We thank you for your understanding.

flammable and are considered dangerous goods. All perfumes must be shipped by
