   * Possible undetected data corruption can occur when using the
   * following Fibre Channel adapters on AIX or VIOS:
   *
   * PCIe LP 8 Gb 2-Port Fibre Channel Adapter
   * (FC 5273; CCIN 577D)
   * 8 Gb PCI Express Dual-port Fibre Channel Adapter
   * (FC 5735; CCIN 577D)
   * PCIe2 FH 4-Port 8 Gb Fibre Channel Adapter
   * (FC 5729; CCIN 5729)

   * With these adapters it is possible that I/Os may be reissued
   * with incorrect data being written to or read from the disk.
