WHY
We have set ourselves simple, but also challenging goals: to improve
manufacturing processes in plants world-wide and to make manufacturers aware of
how software Industry 4.0 solutions, and in particular MES (Manufacturing

WHAT
8SIGMA MES is our Manufacturing Execution System solution based on ANSI/ISA-95
international standard, providing Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things (IoT)
support to your production process. Our solution can serve factories of
different sizes, from small to very large ones. Moreover, 8SIGMA MES can be used
for different industries such as metals, metal processing, food & beverage,
automotive and many others.
HOW
We have developed an advanced MES solution which can be adjusted to different
needs of our customers. Our solution integrates the factory floor with the whole
company eco system, and it supervises it in real time. It is user friendly and
gives a lot of valuable insights into production, energy consumption and quality
