CloudCIX Limited is privately owned by EU nationals. CloudCIX Limited is located
exclusively within Ireland, a country within the EU, and is subject only to
Irish and EU law.

CloudCIX is a multi-region multi-tenanted Cloud provisioning platform. It
supports Linux and Windows server via KVM and HyperV virtualisation. CloudCIX
runs on standard hardware and is available either as a Public Cloud or as fully
supported Private Cloud.

Latency: CloudCIX Limited is the EU data centre with the lowest latency to North
America and the Irish data centre with the lowest latency to London. As CloudCIX
Limited has low average latency to both Europe and North America, and it has
good latency to the rest of the world, it is arguably the best single data
centre in the world from which to serve digital assets. Over the medium term,
Arctic Fibre has proposed a direct linkage from CloudCIX Limited to Asian
markets, via the Arctic Circle, as well as a second ultra low latency route from
CloudCIX Limited into London via Highbridge.

Resiliency: Low latency is supported by diverse routes for resiliency. Multiple
data halls support rack level redundancy.
