Welcome to Dartonia Cottage a pet friendly coastal holiday cottage overlooking
the estuary in the picturesque quayside village of Appledore in North Devon

This mid-terraced property comfortably sleeps 6 in three bedrooms. On the ground
floor, there is a cosy lounge, attractive kitchen/dining room and access to a
private garden. The first floor has a pretty double bedroom and a spacious
twin-bedded room that are both serviced by a family bathroom.  The master
bedroom with its own en-suite shower room on the top floor enjoys  stunning
estuary views.

Light and bright throughout, this holiday cottage was completely refurbished and
renovated in 2017. It is maintained and furnished to a high standard to offer
excellent accommodation in a fantastic location, close to the quay, estuary, The
Royal North Devon Golf club, sandy beaches and the South West Coast Path.

Not only is it just a short walk from the waterfront and village amenities of
Appledore but also the popular villages of Instow, Westward Ho!  and plenty of
local family attractions just a short drive away.

Cottage’. The property benefits from a good-sized private garden to the rear of
the property, as well as numerous walks nearby that are just perfect for your
