you that from August 1, 2024, our platform will start operating under new rules.

 

Users of our services will be able to use the platform’s services as part of one
of the available paid packages. The packages differ in the number of
verifications available and the scope of additional services. We will continue
to provide the verification service free of charge, but the number of
verifications available will be limited.

SYSTEM FOR THE VERIFICATION OF
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES AND SEALS

 

Verifysignature.eu allows users to obtain validation confirmation of an
electronic signature and the integrity of the signed content of an electronic
document. This confirmation can be downloaded as a verification certificate,
which serves as proof of the verification process of the signature or seal at a
given moment.

 

Such a document can be stored in case files or used in disputes, for example in
court as a evidence. Having such proof is especially important because the
verification result conducted at a different time might differ due to the finite
validity periods of signing certificates, issuers’ certificates, or timestamps.

 

The Automatic Electronic Signature Verification System – SAWPE, which is the
core of the portal, verifies signatures made in the formats: XAdES, PAdES,
CAdES, ASIC, as well as documents signed using the Polish Trusted Profile on
ePUAP (trusted signature) or personal signatures made with an ID card with an
electronic layer. In practice, this means we can verify contracts, payment
confirmations, invoices, electronic applications, official documents (e.g.,
decisions), or tender offers.

 

The electronic signature verification system complies with the eIDAS regulation
requirements. Verifysignature.eu uses the EU Trusted Lists (TSL) system. Our
service allows effective verification of signatures from all over the European
Union and Ukraine.
