   trying to get tickets


 * HOW DO I TRANSFER MY POSITION TO ANOTHER DEVICE?

   your Unique queue ID which you can find on the bottom of the queue page. You
   just simply paste this URL into the browser of another device and retain your
   place. However, it's important to make sure you're on the queue page before
   your turn comes, so you don't have to enter the queue again.


 * WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY TURN?
   
   Missing your turn means your session has expired and you need to start over
   again in the queue. When it is your turn you have 10 minutes before your
   place in the queue will be lost.
