Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Holistic Health/Transformation
Life Coach with a Master's of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Functional
Medicine. She has 12 years experience as an LMHC and 4 years working with
clients combining nervous system education, somatic and psychosensory
techniques, subconscious work, bioenergetic testing, functional bloodwork, and a
root cause approach.
Amanda is passionate about guiding others through healing as she knows first
hand what it's like to struggle with chronic, debilitating conditions, and
mental health symptoms. Amanda struggled with allergies, asthma, eczema,
anxiety, self sabotage, low self esteem, codependency, and substance abuse
through out childhood and early adulthood. It was after a traumatic and
spiritually awakening experience with mold illness, Mast Cell Activation
Syndrome (MCAS), histamine intolerance, full body eczema, and (topical) steroid
withdrawal (TSW) that she fully embodied and incorporated the need for
emotional, spiritual, and energetic aspects to healing.
