were able to identify and resolve long-standing fluid leak from my front end

Listen when it comes to buying cars , it's a very confusing and over whelming .

took my truck in for service and they came back and said I had some problems
with the front end, I told them to fix it and they had it done the next day ,
they are very professional and customer service is at its best I would not go to

Update: The owners of Granbury Nissan were here today. They had a
representative, Tabitha, contact me. I met with her in person and she reviewed
all the texts and phone calls. She spent a lot of time with me and traced down
where it fell apart. Different people were calling and texting me within 5 to 10
minutes of each other trying to help the new salesperson. Unfortunately, they
were not communicating with each other. I was getting texts from 3 different
phones. I also want to say the salesperson, Annlee did a great job. I hope I
spelled her name right. What happened did happen. I give Tabitha and Annlee a 5.
I made an offer this a.m. They refused it and said someone had offered more.
That afternoon they made a counteroffer and then called back and said they would
take it. I told them I would get back and then I get a text asking if we our
onour way and I said yes. We get there and they tell us it is sold. It wasn't
they were negotiating with the couple at the next table. Put them with
Shottenkirk. There word meant nothing

warranty and had a miscommunication when my dash lights quit working. I just
want to thank Tabitha and Maria for helping me understand about the warranty.

I have been extremely happy with Maria and Simone while helping me with the
issue related to my car. They work as a great team, if one is not at the
dealership the other jumps in to help. I feel they treated me with courtesy and
respect. Although it is never a good time to have an issue with your car, they
saw to it that the repairs were completed as quickly as possible and kept me
updated throughout the process, could not ask for better service.
