Stephanie helped us purchase a home over the length of a year because when my
wife and I first entered the market it didn't feel quite "right."

She worked with at least one seller that didn't seem to like realtors and
communicated with/coordinated with 10 to 15 sellers before we found the house we
bought. And this was during the absolute crazy market that was the first half of
2021 in NE Florida. And halfway through the whole thing we had to find a new
lender due to a poorly scheduled appraisal.

Then once we found our home to buy Stephanie sold our house in approximately
three days. She got top quality photos, arranged an open house, spoke to 50
different parties between Saturday and Sunday and coordinated multiple
back-and-forth issues with the buyers due to an insurance concern.

All told the process related to Stephanie was stress free. The overall process
had it's ups and downs but Stephanie is an open communicator and an aggressive
advocate for her clients. I hope to never move again but if I do I'll be calling
Stephanie first.
