SPACIOUS ROOM WITH COMFY BEDS IN A CONVENIENT LOCATION IN TIMES SQUARE,
WITH TOP-NOTCH SERVICE.
Upgraded to the slightly larger room since there were four of us. Was
pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the nice comfy beds, with
space left over to move around. Service was top-notch for responsiveness
and courtesy — 24/7. Convenient location right in the heart of Times Square
with east walks to Broadway, Hells Kitchen, 5th Ave, the Garment District,
and Central Park. Very comfortable and quiet for a family of four. Easy
access to dining, taxis, and the subway to go wherever you like in NYC!

OKAY
I stayed a few years back and I thought it was a lot nicer back then. It’s
a little dated now and run down . For the $700 + for one night 2 rooms I
expected a little more

GREAT STAY - WORTH IT!
The hotel was in a great location (one block from Broadway/Times Square)
which made it feel like we were right there yet in a quieter spot. The
hotel was clean, inviting, and rooms were comfortable. The staff were
helpful and professional.

GREAT NYC VACATION BEGINS HERE!
We were really happy that we went with the Westin Times Square. Location
was perfect to access the subway and Times Square. We loved our room with
two QUEEN beds. It was clean and comfortable. We woke up refreshed
everyday. All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We would
100% stay here again.

EXCELLENT STAY
This is a fantastic location, close to tons of attractions. The hotel is
stylish, clean and overall we quite enjoyed our stay! A hot tub or pool to
soak your feet was the only disappointment, which the hotel does not have.

WONDERFUL STAY IN TIME SQUARE
The Westin New York at Times Square is the perfect location for a stay in
New York if your goal is to see a Broadway show. The location means it is a
short walk to the shows. The hotel has extremely comfortable beds and you
will not want to get out of the rain head shower with perfect water
pressure. Add to this a wonderful staff and a great bar and restaurant, and
you may not want to leave. We will definitely be staying here again.

NY STAY WITH KIDS
we love the area. we arrice at 6pm and our room isnt ready yet. it took
them 15 minutes to get them ready. i booked thru expedia and requested
attached rooms and it was confirmed. (i have 3 kids, 17, 13 and 11).
upon arrival- tehy said they werent made aware by expedia. so they cant
give us connecting rooms as they were fully booked. The Girl named MONICA
helped me find 2 rooms on the same floor whih is 5 doors away. and that
worked out just fine cause my 17 yr old is responsible. me and my hsuband
just have to check with them.
The other guy named EDISON helped me claim my Bonvoy points even though i
booked thru expedia. all in all - staff are great expect for my waiting
time with the conceirge JOhn.
