WHY DUNEDIN?

There is currently demand within the Dunedin urban area for 1500 additional
homes, growing to 4400 homes by 2030. This is exasperated by the age of the
city's housing stock, with 20% of all homes built pre-1920.

An estimated $4.3 billion of infrastructure investment in the city over the next
two decades is throwing more gas on the fire, as significant numbers of
additional construction workers will migrate to the city.

With a shortage of quality housing, a growing population and minimal development
to solve this, there will continue to be upward pressure on rent and property
prices in the Dunedin.

TGC certainly took the stress out of the build process by managing the project
