What do I need to know about home financing?
The importance of knowing the best rates.
Believe it or not, the lowest rate isn’t always the best rate for your
situation. Rates change all of the time and we highly suggest that you compare
rates same day to give yourself a true reading on rates.
I have been turned down for a loan, now what?
If you have been turned down, DON’T GIVE UP! Please give us a call, so we can
let you know where you stand and what the time frame is before you can buy or
refinance.
I hear commercials that say they will get me the best rate. Who should I choose?
You simply need to shop around for the best rate you deserve and qualify for.
Larger “mainstream” mortgage corporations usually boast higher rates due to
their national advertising and large overhead, which means higher rates and
higher hidden fees.

Finding the right loan officer.
Always make sure to never take “I don’t know” for an answer from your loan
officer. If your loan officer isn’t there to answer your questions, or make you
feel supremely confident in your decision, please message us or call and we will
