BLOCK PAVING



Block Paving is probably the most attractive of driveway surfaces. We lay the
pavers in the variety of designs such as herringbone and brick bond. With such a
vast amount of colours available you will truly have a unique driveway.
Available in both 50mm and 60mm thicknesses, block pavers are exceptional strong
and can withstand very heavy loads. This makes them perfect not only for cars,
but also caravans, motorhomes etc. Typically, a block paving driveway takes
between 3-5 days, depending on size and if retaining walls are required.

COBBLESTONE PAVING



Cobblestone pavers are beautiful and are perfect if you own a character property
and you wish to maintain a certain appearance. Cobblestones are ideal for
cottages, aged properties and large homes. The great thing about Cobblestones is
that they improve with age and provides excellent kerb-appeal. A cobblestone
driveway will certainly add value to your property and provide outstanding kerb
appeal.

TARMAC DRIVEWAYS



Tarmac (asphalt) is one of our most popular driveway surfaces. Most tarmac
driveways are often accompanied by a block paving border, to make the driveway
more aesthetically pleasing. It is available in two colours, black and red.
Tarmac is probably the quickest driveway solution to be installed, however you
should allow the surface to cool and harden for a couple of days before
accommodating parked cars. We use SMA tarmac, which is considered the best on
the market for domestic use.

Thank you to Charlie, Gerry, Simon, Brandon and all the team at New Drives and
Landscapes on the completion of our new double brick edged and tarmac driveway.
Our first point of contact was Charlie who came out to discuss our requirements,
after measuring up and giving us some ideas on brick work colours and patterns
and a price we were happy with he said they could start within 4 - 5 weeks and
he was true to his word. Charlie, Gerry and James arrived on the Wednesday
morning and soon got to work in demolishing the old driveway and garden and laid
the first course of hardcore cleaning up as they went along. Next day on the
project the brickwork edging was completed expertly by Gerry and Michael. The
day after more hardcore was laid and compacted ready to tarmac the following
day. Just before 8am the team were here and the tarmac was laid and we couldn't
be happier with the finished result. New Drives and Landscapes are a family run
business, Charlie, Gerry, Simon, Brandon and their team were always courteous,
polite and respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day. We would highly
recommend this company to anyone.

Requested that existing single tarmac driveway in front of my house to be
removed (including stubborn tree stump) and replace with a two-car block paving
driveway. Quoted two days for the whole process and despite the best attempts of
UK weather, the task was completed within time and to the highest standard. They
