What is an Exam Voucher?

A CompTIA exam voucher is a unique code that will enable you to take your exam
at an authorized CompTIA Test Service Provider. Exam vouchers are used similar
to a gift card. For example, employers often use vouchers to pay for their
employees’ exams or parents may purchase vouchers for their children.

Exam Voucher Details

 * Vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable.
 * CompTIA A+ certification requires two exams, with one voucher per exam
   required.
 * One voucher is applicable towards one exam [in any A+ series] at an
   authorized CompTIA Test Service Provider.
 * You must pass both A+ exams from the same exam series to achieve CompTIA A+
   certification (e.g., A+ 1001 and A+ 1002).
 * All vouchers, including any retakes, are valid for 12 months from the date of
   purchase unless otherwise noted.
 * You must register and take your exam prior to the voucher expiration date.
 * Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
 * Certification exam retirement dates supersede voucher expiration dates.
   CompTIA may retire certifications and corresponding exams prior to voucher
   expiration dates.
 * Visit the CompTIA website for certification exam information, including exam
   launch and retirement dates. 
 * Vouchers are country and currency restricted.

Exam Retake Details

 * For voucher purchases that include a retake, if you fail the exam on your
   first attempt use the same voucher to register and retake the exam.
 * All vouchers, including any retakes, expire 12 months from the date of
   purchase, unless otherwise noted.
 * The retake is only valid for the same exam version that you failed. You
   cannot use the retake for a different version of the exam.

 * You will receive two emails. The first email will be your order confirmation

REVOKED FOR VERIFYING CALLER ID

Was close the finishing test and within the final 10 questions, my phone rang
three separate times back to back. To ensure this wasn't the proctor trying to
call as this was not normal, I simply confirmed the caller ID and looked back at
the test. Proctor without any hesitation failed and revoked my test. Mind you I
understand you are not to use your phone but I didn't touch nor did I answer my
phone, simply looked away to verify the caller ID and then resumed my test. In
the written instruction before the test it specifically says you may only look
to phone to verify caller as it may be the proctor but to not answer without
permission which is exactly what I did. She then immediately blocked my ability
to explain myself in the chat, gave me a case number and ended the test. If this
is what Comptia considers an acceptable way to treat a paying, non-cheating
customer ill take my money elsewhere. Good luck taking your test, be very
careful where you look and whatever you do, don't look away from the screen!

Only git to use the product for about a week, then it said that it was expired
and would not load. I emailed comptia about the problem and they've yet to
respond to me a week later. The product was supposed to expire 12months from
date of purchase. This has greatly inconvenienced me as I am not able to meet
deadlines to take the exam for a job because I cannot access my practice
account. However it was very helpful for the time that it worked.
