Foreclosure Defense is a good example of protecting our community from unsafe
business practices.  Prior to the financial crisis in 2008, some banks used
sloppy records keeping procedures to keep track of the mortgages that they owned
or held an interest in.  When a mortgagor defaulted, it was not always clear who
