Parcels débarque en Belgique. Can you dig it? Leur son funky des années 70 et
leur look rétro feront vibrer Forest National. Une soirée inoubliable pour les
yeux et les oreilles !

Un look ultra seventies et mèches rebelles, les cinq Australiens de Parcels
signent un retour ultra dansant avec “Leaveyourlove”, un single et un nouvel EP
délicieusement funky groovy. Trois ans après leur ambitieux double album
“Day/Night" et un an après “Live Vol.2”, Parcels continue son voyage musical
avec des nouveaux titres et, surtout, une nouvelle tournée mondiale ! Après
avoir enflammé une AB bondée en 2022 et écumé des festivals mythiques comme Rock
Werchter, Glastonbury et Coachella durant l’été 2024, le groupe s’apprête à
frapper encore plus fort en 2025. Cette fois, Parcels va conquérir Forest
National le 7 octobre, avec une performance qui s’annonce exceptionnelle !
 
Formé en 2014, les amis d’enfance de Byron Bay (sur la côte australienne) ont
été bercés par une ville propice à la création. Après le lycée, ils s’installent
à Berlin pour développer leur projet musical. Pari osé qui se révèle gagnant
puisque, lors d’un concert à Paris en 2016, leur mélange d’électro-pop et de
disco-soul 70’s séduit les Daft Punk. De leur rencontre et collaboration naît
“Overnight” (2017), qui deviendra un tube international. La machine est lancée.
Si leurs voix évoquent aisément des références de l’époque, leur empreinte
groovy, véritable marque de fabrique, trouve elle sa source dans des influences
purement contemporaines. Anatole “Toto” Serret (percussions), Jules Crommelin
(chant, guitare), Louie Swain (claviers), Noah Hill (basse) et Patrick
Hetherington (claviers) dévoilent un premier album éponyme en 2018 qui sera
suivi d’un album live “Live Vol. 1” en 2020, “Day/Night” en 2021, “Live Vol. 2”
en 2023 et depuis octobre 2024, l’EP “Leaveyourlove”. Leur marche en avant est
d’une irrésistible évidence, ils réchauffent les cœurs et font danser la planète
entière en enchainant les succès avec des mélodies folk portées par leurs cinq
voix qui s’harmonisent à merveille, leurs synthés et leurs guitares rythmiques.

Un vrai bonheur à écouter et à vivre en live ! Préparez-vous à une soirée hyper
groovy et dansante dans un Forest National chauffé à blanc, le 7 octobre
prochain.
