that no events or parties take place on the property.

– No Smoking: For the comfort and well-being of all our guests, we have a strict
no-smoking policy throughout the premises.

– Maximum Guests: Our studio can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests, ensuring a
cozy and enjoyable experience for everyone.

– Minimum Age of Primary Renter: The primary renter should be at least 21 years
old.

5 days before the check-in date, there will be a penalty of 100% of the booking

As much as we adore our furry friends, we do not allow pets in our studio. We
