Password update is required for the Optum Pay portal

To provide increased security protections for our users, Optum Pay® is
implementing additional password requirements. Users will have to incorporate at
least one special character into their One Healthcare ID (OHID) password, and
users will be prevented from repeating more than four characters sequentially
per password reset. From the Optum Financial Optum Pay web page, users will
click on the ‘Sign In’ link and select ‘Forget Password’ to begin the process of
updating their password.

Users can update their password at any time but will be required to meet the new
requirements after April 28, 2022.
