machines handmade. The Venus Bar, with its vertical body, technical features and
use of the finest materials, continues to be a coffee machine appreciated for
its design and for its technology.
HISTORY
Venus is the goddess of the Roman pantheon. It is a name that evokes the essence
of beauty, the opulence of form, elegance, grace and the enticing femininity of
the woman who won Paris in exchange for Helen’s love for him.
Even today, the Venus seems to preserve the splendor of the goddess from which
it takes its name, with its large and gentle mirrored surfaces. It is a
distraction that fascinates and wins you over. The Venus wants to take the
splendor of the Victoria Arduino brand back to just after the Second World War,
and it does so through an espresso machine with its form and pure materials. In
a world that changes so abruptly, the Venus stands out forcefully, overcoming
and embellishing the daily ritual of enjoying a cup of coffee with its elegant
and impressive style.
DESIGN
The Venus comes in two different versions; chrome and copper. Once a version is
chosen a craftsmen hammers the body into its iconic design. Meaning that each
Victoria Arduino espresso machine exterior is the result of careful endeavor by
skilled craftsmen, who work on each piece with great attention to detail. Once
crafted the machine is coated with a scratchproof finish.
REFINED TECHNOLOGY
The freestanding Venus Bar creates a drier, hotter steam that guarantees the
most excellent creaminess in a cappuccino. Two or three groups are available
adapting to individual needs. Faithful to the reliability of Victoria Arduino
professional coffee machines, the Venus Bar has a double safety system with
valve and thermostat, while the hydraulic systems maintain perfect thermal
stability. In the semi-automatic version – more similar to the traditional model
– simply pull the lever to dispense coffee, while in the volumetric version,
just press a button. Simply rotate the taps for hot water or steam. Using the
machine is straightforward and intuitive and, given the simplicity of the
movements and mechanisms, the machine is extremely durable.
Standard Features Available Gravimetric - Scale built directly into the machine
weighs each extracted shot for optimal consistency. Also allows the barista to
preprogram desired weights. X T3 System - 3-4 copper boilers working together
allowing the barista to independently set the temperature for each group head. X
Volumetric Dosing -Allows the barista or operator to program the dosage. Often
allowing for different dosages on different group heads. This means that the
barista can start the brewing process knowing the machine will end it
automatically at the pre programmed dosage. X Manual Dosing - A single button
that begins and ends the brewing process. ✔ LCD Display - Controls doses, boiler
pressure, pre-infustion, and even energy savings settings. X Raised Group Heads
- Allows for larger cups to be placed directly below the group head. X Cool
Touch Wands - This technology significantly reduces the temperature of the wands
during the steaming process. This reduces the time it takes to clean the wand
and eliminates a safety hazard for baristas. ✔ Surface Leds - Barista can always
see what they're doing with LEDs positioned strategically around the machine. X
Push Pull Steam - An ergonomic and more user-friendly upgrade to the turning
steam wands. X Soft Infusion System - Reduces the need for proper tamping and
leads to more consistent espresso. Eliminates human error. X Automated Cleanings
- Machines comes with an automated cleaning process. Barista can use the digital
display to select the desired group or groups to be cleaned. X Power Saving

WATER INFO
The installation of a water softener is mandatory for all users that don't meet
the required water specifications, failure to do so will void your warranty. It
is recommend to always add a water filter to your order if you do not have one
already. Replacement time of filters depends the water and quantity of drinks
being made (see estimating calculator).

old machine. This small change means no transfer of espresso so the crema all
stays in the cup. The portafilter in the Musica is an upgrade from old machine
as it has some heft to it. Very happy!

So far so good ...
Only have had it under a month. So far it has been great. Makes an excellent
latte and the ability to control the amount of steamed milk vs. expresso is
handy and easy to use. Be sure to find the setting to have it stay on as long as
possible (24 hours) since each time it powers on, it runs a cleaning cycle and
the factory default has it powering off within an hour or so.
Very happy with this right now and it has definitely changed my coffee life for
the better. Won't really be able to go back to drinking regular coffee anymore!

Beautiful with great results
There is a learning curve for anyone who has not used a lever. Do your research
as to your grind,Lever force,
Tamp pressure which I found to be minimal. I use a rancilio rocky grinder on #8
same as rancilio Silvia.17g
A tool to break up clumps, and a distributor which also tamps the coffee down to
about 1/4 in. No other tamping. Excellent shots!

Great addition to the cafe
This little device has been wonderful. I love what it does, with so many
variables in making quality espresso it has been nice to have a constant. It
also speeds up work flow and is good for wear and tear on baristas. This also
makes training new baristas easy and helps them start making great espresso
right away. If you are on the fence or some kind of purist get over it and start
making lives easier. I had my doubts but am very glad I went ahead and added
this to my life.

Definitely the best espresso grinder I own
I am very satisfied with his machine, it is a very well executed product. I own
3 other Mahlkonig grinders and this one is an absolute pleasure to use. I took

The best espresso machine I’ve ever had
I absolutely love this machine everything about it. It is a complicated
technical as I could want it to be and also as simple as pushing a button. I
can’t say enough good things about it. Thank have pulled hundreds of shots by
now and no complaints. A few quirks to figure out but really no issues it is a
reliable and sexy powerhouse. I will probably get a second one I love it that
much. I have had it for seven months of regular use feel very good about my
purchase

Excellent machine and service
It took two years for me to get my hands on this model with supply chain issues
worldwide. I ended up having to cancel my orders with three other companies
because they couldn’t obtain the one I wanted. Majesty notified me of the turn
around time immediately after ordering and actually got the machine to me weeks
early! It works great and I have no complaints.

Game changer
Even after a decade of conjuring up espresso, my tamp has never been consistent
