CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be received in writing via email at
VMwareExploreUSRegistration@vmware-events.com. If you cancel prior to 5:00 PM
PDT on July 26, 2024, you will receive a full refund. After July 26 at 5:00 PM
PDT, please email the registration team to learn about your cancellation
options. Group pass purchases are non-refundable.




HOTEL RESERVATIONS

VMware Explore Las Vegas has an event room block at the Venetian for $169 per
night plus taxes and fees. To secure a room at the event rate, make your hotel
arrangements via the Explore booking tool after you complete registration.

Please note the hotel booking tool closes at 6:00 PM PDT on July 19.

You are also free to make your own reservations directly with the hotel of your
choice if you would like to book outside of the Explore hotel block.
