HAPPY 40TH ANNIVERSARY
Our stay was incredible. From the time we pulled up to the hotel, we
received help from a gentleman who instructed us where to park, the
friendly check in that greeted us as though she had been waiting for us,
the excellent restaurant(Tulu) with excellent servers and waiter(Ian). Our
room was BEAUTIFUL with ocean view. Sunset was remarkable.Melinda was our
waitress at Tulu's for breakfast. She had a great personality and her
service was superb. I could see it as we awoke that morning. Becca's was a
classy place to have our anniversary dinner. Housekeeping was very pleasant
and did a great job sprucing up our room. We will definitely be back to
visit!

OVERNIGHT
When we first arrived. We were greeted by a gentleman at the front desk
that did not greet us. He just asked for ID and my credit card. He was not
pleasant. We also booked for a one bedroom King Ocean view, but when we
arrived in our room, it was a double queen bed. He never went over what
type of room we booked for to confirm so I wasn’t used to that. We went to
dinner at Tulu which had good customer service from the front desk to the
waitress. When we got back to the room, we noticed that it was a large
grasshopper on the curtains so I called for someone to come and remove it
because it was so high up we couldn’t reach it ourselves that took about
two hours. once maintenance came to remove it. He was informed that we
needed something fixed so somehow communication was lost and he let us
know. He would’ve sent someone else to handle it. Had he known that was the
real issue. Other than those specific things that outside was kept nicely.
The beach was direct access. The hotel was clean.

The overall experience was tarnished by staff and there standoffish
behavior. A very long line for checking out while staff stood off on the
side having a personal conversation with other staff members.

ALWAYS A GREAT STAY!
This hotel is exceptional. From the time you check in, to the house keeping
staff, to the quality and service of the restaurants, you get exceptional
service and care. The location is close to everything on the strip and the
beach simply can not be beat. My wife and I have stayed here three times
and will never stay anywhere else. Word of advice, do not miss Orion’s on
the 23rd floor. The food, service, views, and ambiance are the best on the
east coast.

QUICK FAMILY OUTING
Overall excellent visit. Would definitely recommend and we will be visiting
again. Food quality for Tulu was good. The morning sunrise from the higher
levels were excellent. Our children really enjoyed the beach!
