I was broken down and didn’t know where my life was heading to. I remember crying in bed coz I couldn’t even get out and just the first introduction we had she was assuring how I will be feeling and doing better by attending her Self-love class. I didn’t even know what the class entailed but I was open minded because at that point I didn’t know what to do. Before the class started, she was checking on me to see how I was doing and her kind words made me feel better already even before the class started. Throughout the 3 months I have taken her class I can honestly say that I have blossomed to be this amazing, patient, kind, feminine woman that I wouldn’t have been without her help. I learned about childhood traumas that I didn’t even know I had, boundaries concerns I had with my family, friends and clients. 𝐌𝐲 𝐛𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 because of what I learned in the class. This led to me being more conscious of what I consumed when scrolling on the streets of social media. And through divine connection I stumbled on Jacinta’s post on a mutual group. We connected on messenger and she made time to give me a call amidst her vacation in Kenya. I really needed it. I could not hesitate to sign up for the class. The last 3months have brought so much light to my world. She unfolded topic by topic of familiar and unfamiliar issues. It’s been quite a journey of self-discovery ,we enjoyed so many stories, and established healthy deep connections with women in such a safe space doing the same inner work. Here is a few of my many take aways Learnt much about Role-reversal and lack boundaries and I can attest how quickly I have seen a change in my day-to-day interactions with family, friends, colleagues and even strangers Power of acceptance and self-forgiving as we forgive others and how to let go. Discovering that what most of us refer to as self-love is not. I must admit the other fun part of the class was unlearning a lot as well . Codependency and why some patterns exist in our lives. Learnt alot on how to strike a balance instead of burning out and pouring from empty cups! It’s magic how suddenly everything starts to change for the better as soon as you focus on your inner work of healing, no longer reacting to everything but rather respond . Aligning with my higher self and operating from my healthy feminine. I truly consider myself lucky to have met Jacinta and to have started walking this journey now than later.!
