Our story began in a small area of Toronto, Canada. Our principal broker
incorporated the company and opened its doors to the public in August 2008.
During that time, we were a one-person brokerage.

We had a tough beginning. In October 2008 Canada entered into an official
recession which was led on by the Global Financial Market crash. However, that
did not hinder our growth! We persevered through the dark days of the recession
and started growing slowly and steadily.

Pegasus founders developed a business model based on providing professional and
impartial advice to our clients. It is a business model which offers an
excellent and ethical customer service experience. Our model grew based on
strong support and training of our agents and staff. It developed further to
ensure skilled and knowledgeable services are provided to our clients.

After I complete my brokerage course, I had meet with many... brokerage house &
found that many brokerage house concentrate to appoint agent for the monthly fee

It's a very nice brokerage to work with, especially for new... agents. The
weekly training sessions and lender seminars are very helpful. I joined as a new
agent and thanks to training sessions and seminars I was able to get up to speed
very quickly. The agent support is amazing and there is a WhatsApp group for
getting quick responses to your queries. Offices are very nice and beautiful; my
