maintaining for a credit card with our banking partner, Capital One, which

For example, Menards may need to respond to a court order or subpoena. It could

discloses your Personal Information. We strive to accommodate all reasonable

Menards.com Profile
You may access your profile page on Menards.com or the Menards mobile
application to modify personal information or other communication preferences.
Please be advised that you do not need to have a profile page on Menards.com in
order to browse the Menards.com website. However, a profile is necessary when
making online purchases. If you decide to register for a Menards account, you
will be asked to provide your first name, last name, email address, and password
you select. The Menards account tracks your order history, helps you track your
orders, and creates wish lists. In the event that you want to delete your
Menards.com profile, please contact Menards directly at the address or email
address listed in the How To Contact Menards® section at the bottom of the page.

Marketing Emails
When you make a purchase from Menards.com, you will be automatically signed up
to receive marketing emails from Menard. To stop receiving marketing e-mails
from Menards:
•Unsubscribe directly from our Sign up & Save BIG icon on the Menards.com home
page
•Click the 'no longer wish to receive these messages?' link at the bottom of any
marketing e-mail that you receive from us, and update your preferences on the
resulting web page
•Menards® will continue to send transactional e-mails about purchases or
services even if you opt out of marketing emails.

Text Messages
Menards will only send text messages with your consent only in connection with
purchases made by you. Text messages from Menards will automatically stop after

Push Notifications
To opt out of push notifications from Menards, adjust the settings on your
mobile device to disable push notifications. This opt out does not apply to
in-app notifications.

Location Services
You may prevent your mobile device from sharing your location data by adjusting
the settings on your mobile device to deactivate Menard's mobile application
access to location services.

Mobile App
You can stop all further collection of information within the mobile application
by uninstalling the Menards mobile application from your device.

In-Store Guest WiFi
To stop the collection of any information in connection with use of Menard's in
store WiFi, disconnect your device from the in-store WiFi network, and update
the configuration of your device not to reconnect automatically.
Postal Mail
To be removed from our marketing mailing list, send your request including your

Disable Cookies
Third parties may collect your data usage from our website via cookies. Your web

Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that allow consumers to prevent the

does not sell, share, and/or disclose your personal information to business
partners and third parties for purposes unrelated to our retail products and

Personal Information Requested to Verify Identity
For security purposes, Menards verifies the identify of each person who submits
a privacy request.

Verify Your Identity
•Menards requires you provide the following information: (1) First Name; (2)
Last Name; (3) Address; (4) City; (5) State; (6) Zip Code; (7) Email Address;
and (8) Telephone Number.
•Menards will use this information to search our database and determine what
information we have collected about you.
•Menards will send you can email, asking that you confirm that we have correct
email address. You must respond to the email within seven (7) days of receiving
the notification or your request will expire.

Agent
If you are an authorized agent, you will be required to submit the following:
(1)First Name; (2) Last Name; (3) Address; (4) City; (5) State; (6) Zip Code;
(7) Email Address; (8) Telephone Number; and (9) the First and Last Name,
Address, Email, and Phone Number of the Guest you are making a request on
behalf.
•Menards will use this information to search our database and determine what
information we have collected about the Guest. As an authorized agent, you will
receive an email from us request you complete a certification form confirm the
information and certifying you have the right to make the request on behalf of
the Guest.
