YOUR HOST

My name is Matt Cutler, I'm the owner of Beacon Destinations. I was born and
raised on Cape Cod and love helping our guests experience everything this area
has to offer. We are passionate about making sure you enjoy your stay! I love
golfing, pickleball and enjoying the outdoors. Summer is my favorite time of
year.




FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you allow pets?
Yes! Most of our properties are pet friendly. We do ask for information on the
breed for insurance purposes.
Do I need to bring my own linens?
No need to worry about bringing your own linens. We will provide all sheets and
towels. We even provide beach towels!

Our stay in Bungalow A was absolutely perfect. Matt and Natasha went out of
their way to make sure you have everything you'd need for a great stay. All the
furniture is very comfortable. The couch and beds are so cozy. There are so many
thoughtful details. We felt welcome, like staying at a family members home. They
put heart into the space and it was felt. The walk to the beach is minimal. You
do have to cross A1A but the traffic is slow and super easy to cross. The beach
is dog friendly all day We brought our dog so having a fenced in area and
outside hose and shower was perfect. It was great to rinse off before coming
inside. I hate sand so this made me so happy! There is also a small vacuum you
can use to get any sand that gets by, lol. Washer and dryer with washer pods The
house is spotless. The kitchen is stocked with the essentials you may need to
cook a meal. Publix is a very short drive. restaurants nearby are great and
walkable. 10 out of 10, excellent stay!

unit was extremely clean, well kept , and had everything you need for an
enjoyable stay … Just bring a suitcase! The walk to the beach is short and has
