Mobile Outdoor Gym is een veelzijdige Mobiele Sportschool met een Rauwe
Oldschool uitstraling en is voor allerlei doeleinden inzetbaar.

Je kunt Mobile Outdoor Gym inhuren voor bijvoorbeeld:

 * Workshop Kettlebell & Steel Mace (voorbeeld)
 * Outdoor Crossfit Training
 * Outdoor Gym op Festival (camping)
 * Small Obstacle Run (voorbeeld)
   
 * Krachttraining voor je Sport Team
 * Onderdeel van een School Sportdag
 * Teambuilding
 * Bedrijfsfitness op locatie
 * Publiekstrekker op een Beurs, Evenement of Open Dag

 

De Gym bestaat uit een Mobiel Fitness Rack met een rauwe oldschool uitstraling
en is compleet met trainingsmateriaal voor Fitness,  Bootcamp en STRONG&FIT
(Outdoor Crossfit alternatief).

Daarnaast kunnen we een HIIT Circuit Workout of als Teambuilding Challenges
organiseren zoals bijvoorbeeld:

 

 * Weighted Plank Challenge
 * Squat Challenge
 * Push-up Challenge
 * Pull-up Challenge
 * Tire Flip Challenge
