Skystem at Aquarion
Pros: Before using Skystem, we were housing all of our account recs in Excel.
Skystem has a great system to keep all of our reconciliations organized in one
place. There are also great controls and approver process. Cons: If you make a
mistake with an upload, it is very difficult to unwind. However, skystem help
desk is very easy to contact and they get back to you right away.

Very Useful
Pros: Great platform to organize reconciliations. Lots of helpful filters and
notifications. Cons: The task module is hard to navigate and I wouldn't say that
it's intuitive. The overall visuals can be tricky to learn.

ART: A Superior Product at a Reasonable Price
Overall: We first implemented ART in 2015 and our experience with ART over the
years has been very favorable. With respect to customer service, it is always
prompt and reliable and issues are resolved fairly quickly due to a
knowledgeable team. As a testament to our satisfaction with this product, we
just recently renewed our contract for another three years which is our third
contract renewal since we initially implemented ART. Pros: We were on a manual,
paper-based reconciliation and certification process prior to implementing ART.
ART has been an ideal solution for our organization because it is easy to use,
it is workflow-based, and it satisfies all of our needs for complying with
Sarbanes-Oxley requirements for public companies at a fraction of the price that
other companies charge for similar products with essentially the same
functionality. Additionally, implementing, utilizing, and maintaining ART does
not require any involvement from our IT Department whatsoever which is a big
positive for most, if not all, companies, big or small. Cons: The ART team is
open to feedback and recommendations for improvement. The few issues that we
have brought up in the past have been addressed through additional features or
functionality.

Zamp HR
Pros: We love the ability to recon to use the built in forms compared to having
everything in excel spreadsheets. Cons: Removing and changing account ownership
takes longer than it should because of large amount of G/Ls. I would prefer to
be able to do that quickly inside of the dashboard. Remove the limit of what can
be returned and this problem would be solved.

Organized
Pros: I like that all of my tasks and due dates are listed in the same place. It
makes it easy to know exactly what I need to get done and when. Additionally,
the pie chart on the home page is very useful and satisfying. Cons: It is not
always clear where I should enter an adjustment and document.

Great Customer Support!
Pros: ART has helped our company organize and prepare our monthly account
reconciliations. It has been able to do everything you would expect from account
reconciliation software and has a great dashboard and reporting capabilities.But
to me where Skystem really shines is their customer support! Whenever I have had
a question I have received a quick, professional, friendly response that tells
me exactly what I need! Cons: Sometimes options I use infrequently can be a
little difficult to find, but as mentioned above, I know if I go to customer
support they will quickly get me where I need to go!

Excellent Tool
Overall: ART tool have saved us time in the reconciliation process and provided
clarity to each BS account. Also, the task manager tool is great to manage and
document closing procedures. Pros: Easy to installed and deployed. The system
provides clarity and accountability on account reconciliations. Cons: The
dashboard could be a little more standardized.

User Perspectives
Pros: We use ART to manage our monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
As a Regulatory user, my function is to reconcile the many GL expense and
revenue accounts I touch through-out the month. I find my recon processes are so
easy to manage and track using ART. I have the ability to attach permanent or
temporary support documents and make several reconciliation decisions (eg.
reverse at close) with each entry. ART clearly shows me the variance from month
to month that I need to address and gives me the GL balance I'm reconciling to.
Cons: Since I am simply a user and do not get involved with the deeper features
of the program such as account set-up, defaults, approval trees, etc. I don't
know what might be helpful in those areas. As a monthly user, I find the program
easy to use to submit my reconciliation documents and comments and I am able to
keep my revenue and expense accounts clean and balanced.

Reconciliations for Credit Union
Pros: We use this product for our monthly reconciliations. It has been very easy
to use and implement. We have been able to automate a great number of our
reconciliations and it has been a huge time saver. We love ART! Cons: We have
not had any issues with ART, it has only made our lives easier.

ART is great Value for the investment
Overall: We felt strongly that ART was the best solution for us and was much
more reasonably priced than competitors. We have never regretted the decision to
go with ART. Pros: Ease of use, meets all internal and external audit
requirements and the customer support is excellent! Cons: There really isn't
anything we don't like about ART. The one thing I would probably name is the
number of "clicks" to move around within the product.

As a preparer
Pros: The product is easy to use an a preparer. There are some small things that
would make it a better experience, such as scrolling, etc. Simple little things.
Cons: Being able to scroll faster, not going to the top of the screen after
entering a line item, and an arrow button in the date field instead of a drop
down.

Save Time and Increase Functionality
Pros: As both a preparer and admin, it is easy to track the status of all of the
reconciliations, so no account is forgotten. It is easy to upload supporting
documentation and retrieve it quickly during audit time. This software saves our
team hours, if not days, each month by speeding up the reconciliation process.
Cons: The Task feature took some time for me to get the hang of as it is not as
easy to use as the reconciliations. I wish there was a feature that notified you
when a task was pending review, similar to receiving an email when a
reconciliation is ready to approved.

Reconciliations and Tasks
Overall: My experience with ART has been wonderful. Easy to learn and easy to
use. We implemented many years ago and had an ERP implementation which had us
re-implement for the new software to connect and the new chart of accounts. This
also went very smooth. The support from the team is the best I've experienced.
Pros: This software has helped keep all account reconciliations across multiple
countries in one place. It is easy to use and provides evidence that account
reconciliations have been completed and also reviewed. We also use the task
feature which allows us to have one source listing all manual journal entries
and tasks required for month end. The user has to check them off as they
complete and a reviewer of approver can also check off that they were completed
ensuring no entries or tasks were missed during close. Cons: The Con that i have
found is when an employee leaves the company we want to disable their access to
the software. However you have to reassign all their accounts to another
individual before you can disable. It would be good for that persons accounts
and tasks went to unassigned or stayed assigned to that person until a
replacement is found yet still allow you to disable their access.

I love ART!
Overall: Great overall experience! Pros: As a user, ART makes reconciliations
really easy. Plus, our auditors love it! Cons: I wish you could use currencies
other than USD and CAD, such as EUR, CNY, CHF, etc.

Drive out non-essential work
Pros: Skystem has been eliminated the need for binders preparation which usually
take couple hours per month. Easy to use. Good customer support. Cons: N/A I
can't think of any problem/issue at this time.
