process a %40 deposit charge of the contract amount to the credit card provided herein upon signing of this Contract. I certify that I acknowledge that I will not dispute, as long as there is no breach of the agreed terms. CHECK
IN NOW inc will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. We commence work on your behalf immediately upon signing this contract, by negotiating, arranging, and confirming
your reservations, any balance, including new amounts due resulting from your changes to your reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date. whichever occurs first. Failure collection of the balance after the
payment deadline date may result in reservations cancellations and cancellations fees will apply, we will spend our best efforts to contact the client prior to the payment deadline date to ensure securing the reservations. </p>
<p>Additional Information: </p>
<p>In the event of a no-show or early checkout than a charge of up to 100% of the entire cost of the booking may be applied Note that some hotels may require cash or credit card deposit as a guarantee. This will be returned on
departure minus any deduction incurred during the stay. </p>
<p>Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy: </p>
<p>You will be emailed a confirmation email with the invoice and itinerary within 72 hours of signing this<br> form. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents, and for reporting any errors. Modifications or
cancellations up to 15% of the reservation total can be requested and Check in Now Inc. will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, but CHECK IN NOW Inc. does not guarantee that such modifications or partial
cancellations can be made, or that they can be made in the original contract rate. If any reservation is modified or partially canceled prior to 30 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed therefor. But each
Modification or partial cancellation made 30 days or closer to check-in will incur a charge equal to your Contract price of one night's accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees, and/or costs incurred by CHECK IN NOW inc. as
a result of the modification. If the entire reservation is canceled, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of your total contract price. This fee is not a penalty, but it is liquidated damage to compensate CHECK IN NOW
Inc. for services performed on your behalf, and in the agreement would be difficult to CHECK IN NOW Inc. reserves the right to waive this cancellation fee at any time, at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. All changes
and cancellationRequests must be sent in writing via E-Mail: Support@checkinow.com No cancellations whatsoever will be accepted after seven calendar days prior to the check-in date and CHECK IN NOW Inc. Provides no credit or
refund for no-shows or early check-outs. </p>
<p>Payment: </p>
<p>The due balance will be collected through us 30 days before your check-in date. You will receive a secure payment link to complete your payment. If the due balance isn't received at that time, it may result in canceling your
entire reservation and losing your deposit. Please make sure to pay your due balance on your due date. </p>

CHECK IN NOW inc will be providing you and/or your business with hotel accommodation reservation and booking services. We commence work on your behalf immediately upon signing this contract, by negotiating, arranging, and confirming your reservations, any balance, including new amounts due resulting from your changes to your reservation will be charged 30 days prior to the check-in date. whichever occurs first. Failure collection of the balance after the payment deadline date may result in reservations cancellations and cancellations fees will apply, we will spend our best efforts to contact the client prior to the payment deadline date to ensure securing the reservations. Additional Information: In the event of a no-show or early checkout than a charge of up to 100% of the entire cost of the booking may be applied Note that some hotels may require cash or credit card deposit as a guarantee. Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy: You will be emailed a confirmation email with the invoice and itinerary within 72 hours of signing this form. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of these documents, and for reporting any errors. Modifications or cancellations up to 15% of the reservation total can be requested and Check in Now Inc. will use its best efforts to accomplish those requests, but CHECK IN NOW Inc. does not guarantee that such modifications or partial cancellations can be made, or that they can be made in the original contract rate. If any reservation is modified or partially canceled prior to 30 days before the check-in date, no fee will be assessed therefor. But each Modification or partial cancellation made 30 days or closer to check-in will incur a charge equal to your Contract price of one night's accommodation, plus any additional taxes, fees, and/or costs incurred by CHECK IN NOW inc. as a result of the modification. If the entire reservation is canceled, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 15% of your total contract price.
