OUR HISTORY

With nearly 40 years in business, we’ve built a reputation for being a market
leader in the commercial real estate industry.

Founded in 1984 as Chartier & Associates, we built a reputation throughout
Manitoba for providing best-in-class commercial real estate sales, leasing,
development and management service. After 16 years, our strong market
performance grew to include commercial brokerage and management in northwestern
Ontario, Saskatchewan, and eventually across Canada.

From 2001 to 2015, the company operated as CBRE Manitoba, further developing its
experience and platform as a local company capable of providing national-level
service.

In 2015, our core team, led by partners Derrick Chartier, Carey Chartier, Rennie
Zegalski and Trevor Clay, re-branded and began operations as Capital Commercial
Real Estate Services Inc. and Capital Property Management Inc. In 2017, Capital
added Bryn Oliver to the partnership group and has further grown its position as
a market-leading commercial real estate firm. Today, we’re located in the heart
of Winnipeg at 570 Portage Avenue. We employ over 30 sales professionals,
property managers and support team members.

As an independent brokerage, we continually aim to build, grow, and excel as
Manitoba’s commercial real estate company of choice. Manitoba is our home, and
this is our market.
